IClouds can be taken care through the Apple Store. There are iCloud software on eBay that you can use to temporarily use to bypass the iCloud information. We can try multiple methods to recover your data. In the mean time please DO NOT PLUG the iPhone into and an outlet and place it in a bag of dry rice until your appointment time.

I desperately needed someone to change the battery out of my ancient iPhone 4.
The battery had become dangerously swollen and forced itself through the back glass so much so that it was about to pop!

I reached out to Joe and got an immediate response, an estimate including the parts needing to be ordered, and availability.
Joe got back to me just over a week later with the new battery.
The day comes to go up there and some underestimated traffic slows me way down that I'm almost an hour late! Joe was patient and was able to give me a little more time to get there. Then after all that, by honest mistake I was wrong about my phone model by an 'S' and so Joe had to reorder that correct batter.
I was embarrassed but Joe was very nice about the whole thing.

Fast forward, my phone is fixed and looking handsome with a brand new battery and a shiny new back glass. Joe even charged it up some to make sure it was all working properly!
I was willing to pay big but Joe's charges were totally fair and reasonable and his services were well worth it.

If I ever have any further issues I'll definitely have Joe as my first pick. The drive from where I am to Berkley was a bit of a nightmare each time and either way, but I didn't mind none because the results were perfect and exactly what I was hoping for.

Overall, even with my delays and mistakes Joe remained professional and level headed and provided genuine service at reasonable prices, great communication and customer service!!
